摘要
木薯新品种华南12号(Manihot esculenta Crantz cv.SC No.12)是利用OMR36-34-1(♀)与ZM99247(♂)杂交的杂种后代,经实生苗试验、初级系比、中级系比、高级系比、区域性和生产性试验等选育而成,该品种具有良好的丰产性和广泛的适应性。鲜薯产量约39.37 t/hm2,比现大面积种植的当家品种华南205增产28.65%;其干物率和淀粉含量分别为42.19%和31.11%,分别比华南205高2.51和1.86个百分点;氢氰酸含量低,为42.20 mg/kg。说明华南12号是一个高产、优质、食用型和工业应用型兼备的木薯新品种。此外,还对华南12号建立了分子指纹图谱,为新品种保护与产权鉴定提供理论依据。
SC No.12, a new cassava cuhivar(Manihot esculenta Crantz.cv), was selected from FI generation from hybridization experiments between cassava OMR36-34-1 (♀)and ZM99247 (♂), via seedling selection, the primary, intermediate and advanced testing systems, regional, and production tests. SC No.12 had high yield and wide adaptability to environments. It also had strong resistance to wind. The average root yield was 39.37 t/hm2, increased by 28.65% compared with that of the leading cultivar SC No.205. The average dry matter percentage and starch higher was 42.19% and 31.11%, respectively, 2.51% and 1.86% more than that of Huanan 205. And HCN in the tuberous roots of SC No.12 was 42.20 mg/kg. So SC No.12 is a good cuhivar for food, animal feed, modified starch and biofuel. In the present study the DNA fingerprinting of SC No.12 was developed using SSR molecular markers. It would provide a theoretical basis for the protection of new varieties and property identification.
