摘要
目的:观察七叶皂苷钠对脊髓半横断损伤(hSCI)大鼠后肢运动功能的影响。方法选择30只成年SD大鼠随机分成正常组(A组)、生理盐水组(B组)和七叶皂苷钠组(C组)。B、C组建立稳定的第2-3腰椎(L2-3)左侧hSCI模型,分别在造模前注入生理盐水或七叶皂苷钠。各组分别于术前,术后第1、3、5天,第1、2、3、4周各进行一次运动功能评分及脚印分析(BBB评分)和斜板实验(IP实验)。结果 B、C组大鼠在短时间内(术后1 d)左后肢运动功能均完全丧失,3周后BBB评分结果比较,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。B、C组术后1 d大鼠的IP实验结果从术前的85.0'降至约12.5°,随着时间的推移逐渐升高,4周后,两组IP实验结果比较,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论七叶皂苷钠可促进hSCI大鼠运动功能恢复。
Objective To observe the effect of sodium aescinate on hindlimb movement in rats with hemisection of spinal cord injury(hSCI ). Methods Thrity SD adult rats were selected and randomly divided into 3 groups:normal group(group A), normal saline group(group B) and sodium aescinate group(group C). The steady hSCI model of left lumbar(L2-3) was established in the group B and C,which was injected with normal saline and sodium aescinate respectively. The the Basson-Beattle-Bresnahan (BBB) rating scale and inclined plone(IP) test were adopted in all groups before operation and on 1st,3rd,5th d and 1st,2nd,3rd,4th week after operation. Results The rats of group B and C lost the left hindlimb movement function completely in a short period (1 d after operation),and the difference between the two groups on BBB scores 3 weeks after operation had statistical significance (P〈0.05). 1 d after operation,the IP test results in group B and C decreased from from 85.0' to 12.5' around, then increased gradually with the time passage,4 weeks later,the difference on IP test results between group B and C had statistical significance(P〈0.05). Conclusion The sodium aescinate can promote functional recovery of rats with hSCI.
