风湿关节炎片中士的宁含量测定方法的改进

Improvement of Determination Method of Strychnine Content in Rheumatic Arthritis Tablets

目的：建立HPLC法测定风湿关节炎片中士的宁含量新方法。方法：采用RP-HPLC法进行测定，以Hypersil C18（5μm，4.6 mm×200 mm）为色谱柱，以乙腈∶水∶三乙胺[（20∶80∶0.5），用冰醋酸调pH至2.9±0.2]为流动相，流速为1.0 mL·min-1，检测波长为254 nm。结果：士的宁在10.1～80.8μg·mL-1范围内线性关系良好（r=0.99999），平均回收率为100.2％。结论：该方法简便、快速、准确，可有效地控制风湿关节炎片中士的宁的含量。

Objective：To establish the HPLC method to determinate the content of strychnine in rheumatoid arthritis tablets.Methods：The RP-HPLC method was used for determination,with Hypersil C18 （5 μm,4.6 mm×200 mm）as chromatographic column,and with acetonitrile：water：triethylamine [（20：80：0.5）,using glacial acetic acid to adjust the pH to 2.9±0.2]as mobile phase.The flow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1,and the detection wavelength was 254 nm.Results：In the range of 10.1-80.8 μg·mL-1,the linear relation of strychnine was good （r = 0.999 99）.The average recovery was 100.2%.Conclusion：The method is simple,rapid and accurate,which can effectively control the content of strychnine in the rheumatic arthritis tablets.
