摘要
"双师型"教师队伍的整体水平是高等职业院校教育质量的保证。但目前我国高职院校普遍存在"双师型"教师整体水平不高,人才补充机制不健全,培训渠道不通畅,激励机制不健全等问题。通过借鉴美国以社区学院为主的"双师型"教师队伍建设实践经验,提出了完善"双师型"教师补充机制、创新"双师型"教师的培养模式、加大"双师型"教师培训力度、建立"双师型"教师激励机制等优化策略。
The overall teaching level of the double-qualified teachers is the guarantee of teaching quality. How ever, problems such as low overall teaching level of double-qualified teachers, imperfect of talents complementary mechanism, obstructed training channel and imperfection of motivation mechanism still exist in vocational colleges. The paper, in terms of the double-qualified teachers team construction practice mainly in community colleges in America, puts forward strategies such as the perfection of teachers complementary mechanism, the innovation of double-qualified teachers cultivation model, the strengthening of double-qualified teachers and the establishment of motivation mechanism for double-qualified teachers.
