LOOKING BACK ON THE WORK OF DEEPENING REF-ORM OF GUANGDONG SEISMOLOGICAL BUREAU AND LOOKING FORMARD TO THE FUTURE

本文回顾并分析了1988年广东省地震局深化改革的实践,效果及存在问题;提出了将改革进一步向纵深推进的设想。

In this paper, the practice, results and problems about the deepening reform of Guangdong Seismological Bureau in 1988 are reviewed. At the same time, some tentative plan of further carrying the reform to depth are also put out in this paper.
