摘要
针对矿山提升机矿井增多、孤岛现象严重、管理难度加大等问题,设计了一种多套矿井提升机集中调度与智能控制系统。该系统通过视频语音检测监控、设备在线检测、专家诊断等子系统,实现信息的统一接入、存储和展示,一站式完成运行监视、操作控制、综合数据分析与智能告警、运行管理等业务,实现了智能联动控制,完成闭环控制和告警。测试结果验证了该系统的可行性,项目在全方位实时联动设计技术方面,达到了国际水平。
Aiming at the problem of mine hoist mine increased,isolated island phenomenon seriously,management difficulty,this paper designs a set of mine hoist scheduling with intelligent control system.The system through video and voice monitoring,on-line detection,expert diagnosis subsystem,unified access,store and display the information,complete one-stop operation monitoring,operation control,comprehensive data analysis and intelligent alarm,operation management and other business,realizing the intelligent linkage control,complete closed-loop control and alarm.
