珠海金湾发电厂炉膛火焰检测系统分析及改造介绍

Modification of Furnace Flame Detector System in Zhuhai Jinwan Power Station

在热力发电厂中,火焰检测系统是监测炉膛燃料燃烧状况的重要监测手段,是炉膛安全监控系统(FSSS)的重要组成部分,与机组安全、稳定的运行密切相关,它能否可靠地运行直接影响锅炉的安全。广东珠海金湾发电有限公司#3、4机组火焰检测器采用的是美国FORNEY公司生产的UNIFLAME一体化火焰检测器,对此套火焰检测系统进行简要分析,并介绍近年维护过程中存在问题的改进方法,对使用同类型设备的兄弟单位具有借鉴意义。

The #3、#4 units of the Guangdong Zhuhai Jinwan Power Company Limited have adopted the UINFLAME integrated flame detector,which is made by FORNEY from US.This paper gives a brief analysis of the system and introduces the modifications regarding the problems occurred during maintenance in recent years,which provides useful experience to the plants possess similar devices.
