摘要
随着互联网与信息技术的发展,企业客户数据量呈现了爆炸式的增长,大部分企业的数据都已进入海量的时代,客户关系管理(CRM)日益受到企业的重视。通过对烟草行业的特点进行分析,将数据挖掘技术应用到企业CRM管理中,建立决策分析系统进行理论研究和实际应用,提高企业的竞争力。
With the development of internet and information technology,the customer data of enterprise presents explosive growth,most data of the enterprises have entered the era of mass,and the enterprise is paying more and more attention to the CRM system.This paper is based on the analysis of the characteristics of the tobacco industry,and making the application of data mining apply to CRM management of enterprise,establishing the decision analysis system to the theoretical research and practical applications,then improving the competitiveness of enterprises.
