摘要
系统主要解决了政企大客户管理客户资料困难以及电信公司固话保有量下降这两大问题。该系统结合114客户资料库进行客户资料的反查,并利用168平台对每一路通话进行录音,并且具有强大的客户统计分析功能,方便了政企用户,提高了政企用户的办事效率。
This system has mainly solved two problems.One is the large government and enterprise customers is difficult to manage customer data,the other is the China Telecom company’s fixed-line users continue to decline.The system combines114 customer database for customer information reverse lookup and use the platform 168 to record each way call.The system also has a strong function of client statistical analysis.The system greatly facilitates the government and enterprise users,and improve the efficiency of government and enterprise users.
