常用饲料瘤胃未降解蛋白小肠消化率的测定方法 被引量:2

摘要 瘤胃未降解蛋白小肠消化率是评定反刍动物蛋白质营养的重要参数,主要包括体内法、移动尼龙袋法酶解法、三步体外法和试验动物模拟法等。本文就反刍动物小肠未降解蛋白消失率的评定方法做一综述,旨在为反刍动物蛋白质、氨基酸营养研究提供理论基础。
