通过论述理化检测方法、色谱法、光谱法、介电谱法、电子鼻和电子舌等的原理及其在山茶油鉴伪中的应用情况,对比分析了这些检测方法的优劣,评价了检测效果,并展望了化学计量法结合仪器分析的发展前景。
The physical and chemical principles discussed detection methods, chromatography, spectroscopy, dielectric spectroscopy, electronic nose and electronic tongue, etc. Its application in camellia identify the authenticity of the comparative analysis of the pros and cons of these detected methods, evaluation of the detected results, and prospects of the stoichiometry of binding instrument analysis of prospects.
