摘要
目的:了解传染病医院外科护士的职业倦怠现状,探讨影响因素及对策。方法:采用国际通用的马斯兰工作倦怠量表人类服务版(maslachburnout inventory general survey,MBI-GS)和开放式问卷对我院外科114名护士职业倦怠现状进行问卷调查。结果:外科护士情感衰竭均分为(25.52±5.15)分,去人格化均分为(10.52±3.10)分,个人成就感均分为(33.85±5.24)分,存在较高程度的职业倦怠。结论:传染病医院外科护士的职业倦怠状况不容乐观,需寻求有效途径来缓解外科护士的职业倦怠状况。
Objective: To realize the current situations of the job burnout among the nurses from infectious disea- ses hospitals, to explore the influencing factors and to find the countermeasures. Methods: Maslachburnout inven- tory general survey (MBI-GS)and open-ended questionnaires were used to investigate the current situations concern- ing the job burnout of 114 nurses from Infectious Diseases Hospital in Nanjing. Results: Nurses from infectious dis- eases hospitals had higher-level job burnout. Conclusion: The current situations of the job burnout among the nur- ses from infectious diseases hospitals are not going well. Infectious diseases hospitals should seek effective approa- ches to relieve the serious situations of nurses' job burnout.
