PDCA循环管理对脑梗死患者临床安全护理效果观察

The clinical safety nursing effect on cerebral hemorrhage patients by PDCA cycle management

目的:探讨PDCA循环管理对脑梗死患者临床安全护理的效果。方法:选取2008年1月至2014年1月于我院确诊并接受治疗的脑梗死患者50例作为研究对象,按照时间顺序分为对照组和实验组,其中将2008年1月至2011年1月期间的病例作为对照组,采取常规护理方式;将2011年1月至2014年1月的病例作为实验组,在常规护理的基础上采取PDCA循环管理模式对整个护理过程进行管理。分别统计这两段时期内患者压疮的临床治愈率以及跌倒发生率。结果:实验组脑梗死患者压疮的治愈率明显高于对照组,而患者再次发生跌倒的比例明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:将PDCA循环管理应用于脑梗死患者的临床护理之中,可使护理有效率明显提高,保证压疮防治措施的落实,明显降低了患者跌倒发生的概率,是一种较为有效的护理质量管理方法。

Objective: To explore the clinical safety nursing effect on cerebral hemorrhage patients by PDCA cycle management. Methods: Select 50 cases of patients who diagnosed and treated outside the hospital into bedsorecerebral cerebral infarction,divided into the control group and the experimental group. Patients treated from2008 January to 2011 January were selected as control group and received routine nursing mode,patients treated from 2011 January to 2014 January were selected as the experimental group,they received PDCA circulation management mode on the basis of routine care. Fall in the clinical cure rate and the incidence were compared.Results: The cure of pressure sore patients in the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group,while the patients again falls was significantly lower than that of the control group,there were significant difference( P < 0. 05). Conclusions: The PDCA cycle management used in the clinical nursing of patients with cerebral infarction into the bedsore,can effectively make the nursingeffective rate increased significantly,ensure the pressure ulcer prevention and control measures to be implemented,significantly reduce the probability of occurrence of a fall in,is a kind of effective method of nursing quality management.
