摘要
目的:探讨临床药师参与临床胃癌化疗的工作模式。方法:结合典型案例,对临床药师深入临床、加强医药协作和药患沟通,在胃癌的化疗药及辅助用药的选择、药物配伍、相互作用、用药方法、给药顺序以及药品不良反应等方面提供的药学服务进行分析、总结。结果与结论:临床药师通过参与临床胃癌化疗的药学实践,能够降低化疗过程的危险,提高治疗效果,保证患者用药安全,使患者获得更高质量的医疗服务。
OBJECTIVE：To explore the working mode for clinical pharmacist to be involved in chemotherapy for gastric cancer. METHODS ： With typical cases as example, clinical pharmacists＇ clinical practice in collaborating with physicians, communicating with patients and providing pharmaceutical care in aspects of choice of chemotherapeutic drugs and adjuvant drugs, drug compatibility, drug interactions, methods of administration, order of drug administration and adverse drug reactions etc was analyzed. RESULTS ＆ CONCLUSIONS： Clinical pharmacists＇ pharmacy practice in the chemotherapy for gastric cancer can help reduce the risk of the chemotherapy, improve the therapeutic efficacy and ensure patients＇ medication safety thereby resulting in high quality of health care services.
