摘要
目的：了解基层医院临床药品不良反应（ADR）发生的情况及特点，促进医院ADR的监测及控制。方法：对收集到的2009年7月-2013年7月141例ADR报告资料进行回顾性分析。结果：141例ADR中，男女比例相当；0—10岁患者发生ADR的比例最高（占35．47％）；静脉给药引起的ADR最多（占80．14％）；抗病原微生物药引发ADR的情况最为显著（占84．62％）；ADR临床表现以皮肤和消化系统损害最为常见。结论：医院应该重视患者的年龄因素，加强静脉输液器质量控制，进一步监测抗病原微生物药的使用，以保障患者的用药安全。
OBJECTIVE：To investigate the status quo and characteristics of the adverse drug reactions（ADRs） occurred in primary hospital so as to promote the monitoring and control of ADRs. METHODS： 141 ADR case reports collected from July 2009 to July 2013 were respectively analyzed. RESULTS： Of the 141 cases, the ratio of female to male was roughly equal; the ADR occurred mostly in patients aged from 0 to 10 years （35. 47% ）, induced mostly by intravenous administration （80. 14% ） and by antibiotics （84. 62% ） and manifested mostly as damages of skin and digestive system. CONCLUSIONS： It is important for hospital to attach great importance to patient＇ s age factor, strengthen the quality of the infusion apparatus and further monitor the use of antibiotics to ensure patients＇ medication safety.
