补肾益气健脾汤加减治疗儿童遗尿症分析观察

中医学认为小儿遗尿主要是由于肾气不足、肺脾气虚、心肾失交所致。肾气不足者舌质淡红,苔薄白,脉沉无力;面色苍白,神疲乏力,肢凉怕冷;肺脾气虚者舌质红,苔薄少津,脉沉细而数;少气懒言,面色少华,常自汗出,寐不安宁,五心烦热。我院采用补肾益气健脾汤加减,调补脾肾,使脾肾得约,温阳化气,膀胱气化有度,制而有约;加上按摩、针灸等辅助疗法。到达了脾肾健、水道调、止遗溺之目的。
