护理干预对年轻宫颈癌患者健康状况的影响

The influence of nursing intervention on health statusof young patients with cervical cancer

目的探讨护理干预对年轻宫颈癌患者健康状况的影响。方法将60例宫颈癌患者随机分为观察组30例,对照组30例,对照组采用常规的护理方法;观察组除常规的护理方法外,根据每个患者的特点实施有计划有针对性的心理与行为方式干预措施,比较两组患者的心理健康状况及遵医行为。结果两组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论护理干预能改善年轻宫颈癌患者的心理状态,减轻焦虑、抑郁情绪,提高患者的遵医行为。

Objective To investigate the effect of nursing intervention on the health status of young patients with cervical cancer： Methods 60 cases of cervical cancer patients were randomly divided into the observation group and control group,30 cases in each group. Patients in control group received conventional care methods, however, patients inobservation groupmental and behavior intervention measures according to the characteristics of each patient in additionally. Compared the psychological health status of patients of the two groups and medical compliance behavior. Results Thedifferences between the two groups were statistically significant （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusions Nursing intervention can improve the mental state of the young patients with cervical cancer, Relieve anxiety and depression, improve the compliance behavior of patients.
