在太阳能电池片的生产过程中,需要人工按照外观标准要求对太阳能电池片进行检验分类,人员分选效率低且容易产生误判。为了提高分选效率和降低误判。通过采用Vitronic太阳能电池片外观分选设备,将此设备整合在产线设备中。使用该设备测试对太阳能电池片外观进行检测。以达到对太阳能电池片的颜色、几何尺寸、边缘、表面缺陷和印刷质量进行分类。
