摘要
目前刀闸到位与否更多的是采用人工现场利用望远镜观测、主观判断的手段来完成。这种方式费时、费力、效率低,而且容易受到观测者的主观影响。故在此提出一种基于逆反射技术的视觉检测方法,旨在解决实时监测刀闸合闸到位问题。相较于传统二维视觉检测,本方法有更高的精度,可以实现远距离非接触式精确测量,检测精度可以达到0.1,为变电站刀闸在线监测提供了新的有效的手段和方法,为实现智能化变电站做出贡献。
At present, most means of monitoring whether a switch is in place is using telescopes or by subjective judgment. This method is time-consuming, laborious , inefficient and easy to be affected by the observer’s subjectivity. Therefore, this paper proposes a visual detection method based on retroreflection technology to monitor whether switches are closing in place. Compared to traditional two-dimensional visual detection, this method has higher accuracy. It achieves long-distance non-contact precision measurement and it’s detection precision reaches 0.1° . It provides an effective method on monitoring of substation switches and makes contribution to the realization of intelligent substation.
