摘要
基于提高某主机厂在开发设计阶段时的故障诊断软件的使用效率,本文针对该诊断软件进行了人机接口控制设计,可将多个诊断命令的发送操作通过一个按键实现,并通过实际操作验证,该人机接口控制设计可减少软件操作次数,工作效果稳定,可提高工作效率。然后本文结合电气故障排查的工作经验,设计了整车电气故障诊断排查的流程和方法,并按照诊断流程和方法进行实际工作验证,多次工作验证表明,本流程可较快定位电气故障。
In order to improve the efficiency of the diagnosis software of the OEM in the stage of design development, the design of common HMIControl is showed, and some software operations can be replaced by one key. The result shows that the HMIControls can improve the software efficiency. According to the work experience, the process of the vehicle electrical diagnosis is designed.,and the work experiences can prove that , the process is well effective to locate the vehicle electrical problems.
