中医药疗法治疗终末期肾病研究进展

Research progress on treatment of end-stage renal disease by Chinese medicine

从内治法、灌肠法、针灸疗法、外治法和综合疗法等方面综述近年来中医药疗法治疗终末期肾病的临床研究进展。中医药疗法可保护终末期肾病患者的残肾功能、提高透析效果、缓解透析相关症状、改善生存质量,但需要在疗效判定标准的统一性、长期治疗的安全性以及有关治疗方法的规范性等方面进一步研究和探索。

This paper reviews the treatment of end-stage renal disease by Chinese medical therapies： internal therapy, enema, acupuncture, external therapy and combining therapy etc. It believes that Chinese medicine can protect kidney function, improve dialysis, alleviate relative symptoms, and improve QOL in patients with end-stage renal disease. Further research and exploration are needed.
