探讨近代中西医汇通及其对当代中医学发展的影响。从明代万历年的西医传入到1949年的中西医结合,300余年的中西医汇通史经历了启蒙、创立到鼎盛发展的3个历史时期。近代中西医的碰撞、沟通,使得具有几千年发展历史的传统中医开始了第一次对自身生存命运的思考,汇通派的"实验中医观"、"以西补中观"和"新中医观"等思想主导了近代中医的变革与发展。认为现代医学的发展面临着危机,迫切需要中西医合力;现代中医只有与西医和其他学科加强深入汇通,加快发展步伐,才能适应世界医学重新调整医学目的和改变医学模式的需要。同时,在现代的中西医汇通中,坚持中医的思维方式,推进中医特色的科学研究,提高汇通人才的传统文化素养等至关重要。

This paper discusses the influence of integrated Chinese and western medicine on the development of TCM. From the Ming Dynasty, western medicine had been introduced in China. More than 300 years , integration of Chinese and western medicine has experienced three historical periods. The main ideas of integrating school dominated the revolution and development of TCM. Development of modern medicine is faced with a crisis, and combination of Chinese and western medicine is necessary. TCM should be integrated with western medicine and other disciplines to enhance its integration. Meanwhile, cultivating way of TCM thinking, promoting scientific research and cultivating integrated talents are essential in modern times.
