敛裂膏外敷治疗Ⅱ期肛裂临床随机对照研究

“Lianlie Ointment”for the treatment of anal fissure in Ⅱ stage: a randomized controlled trial

目的观察自制敛裂膏外敷治疗Ⅱ期肛裂的临床疗效。方法将100例Ⅱ期肛裂患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组50例;对照组采用龙珠软膏外敷,治疗组采用自制敛裂膏外敷。两组疗程均为14天,观察临床疗效,比较肛门疼痛、便血程度分级变化情况及消失时间,药后需要手术患者的比例情况。结果 1治疗组、对照组总有效率分别为94.00%和84.00%;组间临床疗效比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2治疗7天后,两组肛门疼痛程度分级变化情况比较,差异有统计学意义,治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗14天后,两组肛门疼痛、便血程度分级变化情况比较,差异有统计学意义,治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。3两组肛门疼痛、便血消失时间差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。4两组用药后需要手术的受试者比例比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论自制敛裂膏外敷治疗Ⅱ期肛裂,可促进肛裂溃疡更快愈合,减轻疼痛、便血。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of ＂ Lianlie Ointment＂ in treating anal fissure in Ⅱstage stage. Methods One hundred cases with anal fissure were randomized into treatment group and control group, with 50 cases in each group. Control group was treated by ＂Longzhu Ointment＂, and treatmemt was treated by self-made ＂Lianlie Ointment＂, with the course of 14 days. The clinical efficacy, anal pain, changes of hematochezia and its disapper time were observed. Results （1） The total effective rate was 94.00% in the treatment group and 84.00% in the control group, with a difference between the two groups（ P 〈 0.05 ）.（2） After 7 days treatment, there was a significant difference in anal pain improvement＇ between the two groups （ P 〈 0.05 ） ; after 14 days treatment, there were significant differences in anal pain and hematochezia between the two groups （ P 〈 0.05 ）. （3） There were significant differences in anal pain and disapper time of hematochezia in both groups after treatment （ P 〈 0.05 ）. （4） After medication, no significant difference was found in the ratio of operation needed cases between the two groups （P 〉 0.05 ）. Conclusion ＂Lianlie Ointment＂ can promote healing of ulceration, relieve pain and alleviate hematochezia.
