不同剂量加味丹参饮预处理对缺血再灌注损伤大鼠超敏C反应蛋白的影响

Effect of pretreatment with different doses of Jiawei Danshen decoction on high-sensitivity C-reactive protein expression in rats with myocardial ischemia-reperfusion injury

目的:观察不同剂量加味丹参饮预处理对心肌缺血再灌注损伤大鼠hs-CRP表达的影响。方法:将60只SD实验大鼠随机分为5组:即假手术组,模型组,加味丹参饮低、中、高剂量组。各组连续灌胃给药7d,对除假手术组的其余组大鼠行I/R模型制备。观察各组大鼠心肌酶、hs-CRP的变化。结果:与假手术组比较,模型组中可见大量hs-CRP表达,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);与模型组比较,加味丹参饮中、高剂量组hs-CRP表达明显减低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),高剂量组虽较中剂量组有所降低,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);加味丹参饮低剂量组与模型组hs-CRP比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:加味丹参饮预处理可以通过减少hs-CRP的表达而减轻缺血再灌注损伤,保护心肌,且存在剂量关系。

Objective ： To observe the effect of pretreatment with different doses of Jiawei Danshen decoction on the highsensitivity C -reactive protein（ hs- CRP）expression in rats with myocardial ischemiareperfusion （I/ R） injury. Methods： Sixty Sprague -Dawley rats were randomly divided into sham -operation group, model group, and low - , medium - , and high - dose Jiawei Danshen decoction groups. After 7 d of intragastric administration, all groups except the sham - operation group were treated to establish a model of myocardial I/R injury. The myocardial enzyme and hs - CRP levels of all groups were measured. Results ： Compared with the sham - operation group, the model group had significantly higher expression of hs -CRP（ P 〈 0. 01 ）. Compared with the model group, the medi- um - and high - dose Jiawei Danshen decoction groups had significantly reduced expression of hs - CRP （P 〈 0.05 ） ; the high - dose Jiawei Danshen decoction had nonsignificantly lower expression of hs - CRP than the medi- um - dose Jiawei Danshen decoction group （ P 〉 0.05 ）. There was no significant difference in hs - CRP expression between the low - dose Jiawei Danshen decoction group and model group （ P 〉 0. 05 ）. Conclusion ： Pretreatment with Jiawei Danshen decoction can reduce hs - CRP expression and thus I/R injury to protect the myocardium in a dose - dependent manner.
