芪遂逐水凝胶膏的醇提取工艺研究

Study on ethanol extraction process for Qisui Zhushui gel cream

目的：优选芪遂逐水凝胶膏的醇提取工艺。方法：以大戟二烯醇含量和干膏率为考察指标,通过L9（34）正交试验考察乙醇浓度、乙醇用量、提取时间、提取次数对芪遂逐水凝胶膏醇提工艺的影响。结果：各因素对醇提取工艺的影响顺序为乙醇浓度〉提取次数〉提取时间〉乙醇用量,最佳提取工艺为加85%乙醇,6倍量,提取2次,每次提取1.5h,大戟二烯醇含量为1.2644-1.3144mg/g。结论：优选的提取工艺稳定可行,适用于芪遂逐水凝胶膏的规范化生产。

Objective： To optimize the ethanol extraction process for Qisui Zhushui gel cream. Methods： With euphol content and dry extract yield as indices ,the L9 （34）orthogonal array was used to investigate the effects of ethanol concentration,ethanol amount, extraction time, and extraction times on the ethanol extraction process for Qisui Zhushui gel cream. Results： Ethanol concentration showed the largest impact on the ethanol extraction process ,tollowed by extraction times ,extraction time, and ethanol amount. In the optimal extraction process, extraction was performed twice （1.5 h each time ）using 85% ethanol （6 times）, and the euphol content was 1. 2644 -1. 3144 mg/g. Conclusion： The optimized extraction process is stable and feasible and is suitable for the standardized production of Qisui Zhushui gel cream.
