Optimization of water extraction process for Qingyan Lihou buccal tablets by orthogonal test

目的:优选清咽利喉片的最佳水提工艺。方法:以浸膏得率和绿原酸含量为考察指标,采用正交试验法优选清咽利喉片水提工艺。结果:最佳水提取工艺为加水提取2次,第1次加12倍量水、提取2h,第2次加10倍量水、提取1.5h。结论:该工艺简便、稳定,可为工业生产提供理论依据。

Objective： To optimize the water extraction process for Qingyan Lihou buccal tablets. Methods： With ex traction rate and chlorogenic acid content as indices ,the orthogonal test was used to optimize the water extraction process for Qingyan Lihou buccal tablets. Results： In the optimal water extraction process ,raw material was mixed with water at a ratio of 1 ： 12 for 2 - h extraction and then with water at a ratio of 1 ： 10 for 1.5 - h extraction. Conclusion ： This process is simple and stable and can provide a theoretical basis for the industrial production of Qingyan Lihou buccal tablets.
