宫颈环形电切除术后保妇康栓治疗人乳头瘤病毒阳性宫颈糜烂

Efficacy of Baofukang Suppository after LEEP in Patients with HPV-positive Cervical Erosion

目的:观察宫颈环形电切除术(LEEP)后采用保妇康栓治疗人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)阳性宫颈糜烂的疗效。方法:168例HPV阳性宫颈糜烂患者分为观察组和对照组。两组患者均行LEEP术治疗,术后常规予重组人干扰素α2a注射液300万IU,im qd。对照组术后1个月后予复方沙棘籽油栓2.7 g qd阴道给药,观察组术后1个月后予保妇康栓3.48 g qd阴道给药。疗程均为2周。观察两组患者各项症状改善情况,HPV DNA负荷量及转阴率,比较两组疗效。结果:治疗后,两组患者白带异常、腰骶疼痛、下腹胀痛及接触性出血等临床症状均得到明显改善(P<0.01),且观察组症状改善状况明显优于对照组(P<0.01)。两组患者的HPV DNA负荷量均明显降低(P<0.01),且观察组治疗后负荷量明显低于对照组(P<0.01),HPV转阴率明显高于对照组(P<0.01)。观察组总有效率(95.45%)明显高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:LEEP后采用保妇康栓治疗HPV阳性宫颈糜烂疗效显著,能明显改善患者各项症状,降低HPV DNA负荷量,提高HPV转阴率。

Objective：To study the efficacy of Baofukang suppository after LEEP（ Loop Electrosurgical Excision Procedure） in the patients with Human papillomavirus （HPV） -positive cervical erosion. Methods： 168 cases of patients with HPV-positive cervical erosion were randomly divided into observation group and control group. Two groups were treated with LEEP surgery and were given IFN ct2a 3 million IU, im qd. One month after the surgery, the control group were treated with Seabuckthorn seed oil suppository, and the observation group were treated with Baofukang suppository. After 2 weeks treatment , the improvement of symptoms , HPV DNA load and negative rate of the two groups were recorded, and response evaluation criteria were used to assesse the efficacy of two,groups. Results： After treatment , abnormal vaginal discharge , lumbosacral pain, abdominal pain and contact bleeding symptoms of the two groups were significantly improved （P 〈 0.01 ）. In addition, the improvement of symptoms in observation group was greater than control group（P 〈 0.01 ）. HPV DNA load of the two groups were significantly lower（ P 〈 0. 01 ）. The observation group had lower load than control group（ P 〈0.01 ）. HPV negatiye rate in observation group was significantly higher than the rate of control grouo . The two groups was statistically significant（P 〈0.01 ）. The total treatment efficiency（95.45% ） of the observation group was significantly higher than the control group （P 〈 0.01）. Conclusion：The efficacy of B aofukang suppository in the patients with HPV -pos- itive cervical erosion is significant, and worthy of clinical application .
