MONITORING RESULTS OF DISINFECTION QUALITY IN DANYANG MEDICAL INSTITUTIONS

目的了解丹阳市医疗机构消毒与灭菌质量状况,分析存在的问题,为改进消毒管理工作提供参考。方法采用现场采样和实验室检验的方法,对丹阳市各级医疗机构消毒灭菌效果进行监测。结果共采集各种消毒标本13 759份,平均合格率为80.04%。以室内空气和透析用水消毒质量合格率最低,为51.32%和50.30%。级别较高的医疗机构消毒质量合格率较高,社区卫生服务站合格率最低。结论丹阳市医疗机构整体消毒质量不高,空气、透析用水(透析液)、紫外线杀菌灯等是消毒工作的薄弱环节。

Objective To investigate the disinfection and sterilization quality in medical institutions of Danyang City, and to analyze the existing problems, so as to provide references for improving the management of disinfection. Methods Field sampling and laboratory testing were used to investigate the quality of disinfection and sterilization effect in different levels of Danyang medical institutions. Results A total of 13 759 samples were tested, the average qualified rate was 80.04%. The qualified rate of indoor air and water for hemodialysis was the lowest, the average proportion was 51.32% and 50.30% respectively. The higher level of the medical institution had the higher disinfection qualified rate. The lowest qualified rate was found in the community health stations. Conclusion The overall disinfection quality of medical institutions in Danyang city is unsatisfied. The indoor air, water for hemodialysis and ultraviolet germicidal lamp are the weak point of disinfection quality.
