The law of antinumy reveal the relationship between the quantity and quality of the information, that is the reverse development relationship between the quantity and quality of the information. This paper compares the importance of the quantity and quality of the information, analyzes whether or not the antinomy phenomenon exists between the quantity and quality of the information, and probes into the relationship between the information carrier and the information quality and the relationship between the improvement of information quality and the written record.
