摘要
报道了以四甲基四乙烯基环四硅氧烷和乙烯基三甲氧基硅烷为硅源,与甲基丙烯酸甲酯、甲基丙烯酸(钠)和烯丙基羟乙基醚在无乳化剂情况下进行乳液聚合,得到超支化无皂硅丙乳液;红外光谱确定环硅烷已开环聚合,且与其它单体共聚;讨论了开环无规共聚法和开环核壳共聚法两种工艺对乳液凝胶率、粒径、热稳定性的影响,通过粒径分析、热重分析和TEM分析表明核壳共聚法得到的乳液凝胶率低0.12%、粒径小70nm、最大热分解失重峰504.5℃,乳液稳定性好。
The method that the hyperbranched emulsifier-free silicone-acrylic emulsion was made by tetravinyl tetramethylcyelo tetrasiloxane, vinyltrimethoxysilane,2-allyloxyethanol and methyl methacrylate without emulsifier was reported. FT- IN showed that silicon-oxygen rings were opened and all monomers had participated in the copolymerization.Effects of two kinds of polymerization process on coagulum, particle size and thermal stability were discussed.The core-shell emulsion was better than random copolymer emulsion.Its coagulum was 0.12%,average particle size was 70nm by particle size analyzer and TEM,the weight loss peak was 504.5℃ by thermal gravimetric analysis.The emulsion stability was better.
