摘要
分析退火温度及时间对碱锰电池性能的影响。SEM分析结果表明:退火处理可使锌粉表面趋于光滑。当退火温度为200℃时,电池的防漏性能和电性能最佳。随着退火时间的延长,电池的析气量和高温漏液率逐渐降低,电性能逐渐提高。当退火温度为200℃、时间为2 h时,电池的析气量降低33.4%,高温漏液率降低90%,1 000 m A脉冲放电性能提高6.5%,1.5 W/0.65 W脉冲放电性能提高23.1%。
The effects of annealing temperature and time on the performance of alkaline Zn/MnO2 battery were analyzed. The phe- nomenon of zinc surface tending to be smoother was observed by SEM. When the annealing temperature was 200℃, battery leakage and electrical performance were the best. As the annealing time was increased, the gas evolution volume and high temperature lea- kage rate of battery were gradually decreased, the electrical performance was gradually improved. When the annealing temperature was 200 ℃, time was 2 h, the gas evolution volume of battery was decreased by 33.4% , the high-temperature leakage rate was reduced by 90%, 1000 mA pulse discharge performance was increased by 6. 5%, 1.5 W/0. 65 W pulse discharge performance was increased by 23.1%.
