掺加纤维对橡胶沥青混合料疲劳性能的影响 被引量:7

摘要 通过气动伺服BFA试验机进行四点弯曲小梁疲劳试验,选用木质素纤维、聚酯纤维、腈纶纤维及自配橡胶沥青,采用NfNM法、Nf50法对比分析添加纤维对其混合料疲劳性能的影响。此外还考虑了应变水平、沥青用量对混合料疲劳试验结果的影响。结果表明:各种类型的纤维对混合料的疲劳寿命均有不同程度的提高,在1 100με,1 300με,1 500με下NfNM值提高幅度分别超过40%,90%,110%;混合料的疲劳寿命与沥青用量成正比,而与应变水平成反比。 The four-point flexural bending test is conducted on compacted beam specimens through BFA with apneumatic servo system.Effect of lignin fibers,polyester fibers,acrylic fibers on fatigue properties of mixtures isanalyzed by using NfNMand Nf50.Besides,the effect of strain level and asphalt content on fatigue properties is inves-tigated.The results indicate that fatigue life is improved to some extent with all types of fibers.In the 1100με,1300με,1500με,NfNMvalues have been increased more than 40%,90% and 40% respectively.Positive correla-tion between fatigue life and asphalt content is found while negative correlation between fatigue life and strain lev-el is identified.
