农村金融支持土地流转的法律思考

农村土地流转是目前我国农村土地改革的重要内容,土地流转并进行规模经营是提高土地价值的有效途径,而规模经营则需要大量的资金注入。因此,农村土地流转改革离不开金融支持与参与,农村土地流转改革的金融支持问题已成为现阶段农村经济发展面临的新问题。本文以农村土地流转中金融支持的现状为逻辑起点,分析在金融支持农村土地流转过程中所存在的问题,并从制度的角度对农村金融支持土地流转提出了几点法律思考,以期解决农村土地流转过程中的资金不足问题。

The problem of rural land transfer is the focus of China＇s rural land system reform. The reform of rurall and transfer is inseparable from the support and participation of finance. The problem of rural land transfer＇s reformand financial support is the new problem that economic development in rural areas faces now.This article tries to ana-lyze the problem of current rural financial support for land transfer,develop effective measures to promote rural landsystem innovation,break the problem of lack of capital in the process of rural land transfer,and broaden the financing channels of rural land transfer.
