In the past two years,the Ministry of Transport has issued many guidance,and third party logistics industry encountered unprecedented opportunity of historical development. Effective third party logistics countermeasures and suggestions ensure health and rapid development of third party logistics;constantly develop the potential of logistics market. Through the investigation on the national and Liaoning logistics industry and in-depth analysis,this paper puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions of developing of the third party logistics in Liaoning combining with the current situation of the development of logistics industry in Liaoning Province.
