摘要
和谐劳资关系的构建是社会主义和谐社会建设的重要基础。当前,劳动关系中存在着许多问题,构建和谐的劳资关系已经引起全社会的广泛关注。因此,既要从理论上深刻认识构建和谐劳动关系必须解决的实质问题和基本途径,又要采取实际对策解决劳资关系中的问题。通过分析劳资关系现状、劳资冲突产生的原因以及构建和谐劳资关系的对策,提出在劳资问题存在的情况下,只有通过建立协调机制和多方力量的共同参与,才能构建和谐的劳资关系。
To construct the harmonious labor relations is the important foundation of the socialist harmonious society.At present,there exit so many problems of labor relations,it has caused extensive concern of the whole society to construct a harmonious labor relations. Therefore,we should not only deeply understand the essence of the problem and basic approaches of the construction of a harmonious labor relations in theory but also take practical countermeasures to solve the problems of industrial relations. This paper points out that only through the establishment of the coordination mechanism and multilateral force participation,can we build a harmonious labor relations in the case of the existing labor problems from the current situation of labor relations,the causes of labor disputes,the countermeasures of building a harmonious labor relations.
