摘要
课程政策公平对于实现课程领域教育公平具有重要意义,它也是课程政策研究的重要主题之一。罗尔斯的"正义即公平"理论可以作为课程政策公平的理论基础。从大学自治视域以大学英语课程政策为例来研究我国公共课程政策公平问题可以发现,公共课程政策公平存在缺失。因此,改善公共课程政策公平现状应从理念公平、决策公平、执行公平、文化公平等方面着力。
Fairness of curriculum policies is the guarantee for the realization of educational fairness in curriculum realm,thus it constitutes one of the major subjects in curriculum policy study. The theory "Justice as fairness"of John Rawls can be the theoretical basis for fairness of curriculum policies. The study on fairness of public curriculum policies in China from perspective of university autonomy by making a case study of College English reveals that there exist problems in fairness of public curriculum policies. To improve the status quo,efforts should be made in respects of fairness ideology,policy shaping,policy implementing,cultural assimilation,etc.
