Survey and Results Analysis of Building (Structure) in Beijing Metro Construction

建(构)筑物调查是地铁建设过程中的一个重要环节,可以详细地了解线路周边的环境条件,为地铁结构设计提供依据,为建(构)筑物的保护和地铁建设风险管理提供基础资料。结合多条北京地铁线路的建(构)筑物调查实践经验,介绍了地铁建设工程勘察中建(构)筑物调查工作的实施方案,探讨了如何对调查成果进行分析,并就如何编写调查报告的结论和建议进行了总结,以供类似工程参考。

Survey of building （structure） is an important part of the construction process of the metro engineering. It is a better way to understand in detail the surrounding environmental conditions and provides the basis for the design of metro structures and basic data for protection of building （structure） and metro construction risk management. This paper, in combination with the investigation practice of survey of building （structure）, introduces an implementation plan of building （structure） in metro engineering. And it discusses how to analyze survey results and how to make suggestions and investi- gation report so as to offer a reference for similar engineering.
