全断面免棱镜超欠挖隧道洞内监控量测技术 被引量:5

摘要 以新建云桂铁路(广西段)站前工程YGZQ-4标段和新建成兰铁路CLZQ-5标段所涵盖的复杂地质条件下在建的3座隧道施工实例为依托,采用全断面免棱镜超欠挖测量技术,遵照围岩量测设计理念,结合新奥法围岩自稳的宗旨,并结合现场施工经验总结出了全断面免棱镜超欠挖隧道洞内监控量测的关键技术。该技术通过利用现代全站仪免棱镜测量功能与全断面点位移观测方法、隧道超欠挖测量技术相结合并应用于监控量测工作。通过在隧道内埋设全断面量测点,编制隧道超欠挖测量程序,设定测量标准断面,通过量测,检测点即为量测点,可达到快速测量、数据简洁、操作简单快捷,科学指导隧道施工。 In this paper, with the construction of three tunnels construction on the newly-buih Yungui Railway ( Guangxi section) station project YGZQ-4 section and newly built Chengdu to Lanzhou railway CLZQ-5 section in complex geologic conditions, the author summarizes the whole section non-prism overbreak measurement technology in line with the surround- ing rock measurement design philosophy and the purpose of self-stabilization of the new surrounding rock. The technique combines the total station non-prism measurement function and whole section displacement of tunnel overbreak measurement technique and is applied in the monitoring and measurement. Full section measurement points are buried in the tunnel sec- tion and tunnel overbreak measurement procedures are compiled to set the standard measuring section. The measurement shows detection point is the measurement point, which can achieve rapid measurement with simple operation and data; thus provide scientific guidance for the tunnel construction.
