摘要
采用预聚体合成法制备了环氧树脂(EP)改性聚氨酯(PU)预聚体,进一步发泡膨胀后得到了具有较强粘性且膨胀性能可控的EP/PU泡沫材料。测定了其膨胀体积,并讨论了该材料膨胀性能的影响因素。结果表明:通过调整MDI的使用量可以实现对泡沫材料膨胀体积的控制;且调整催化剂和泡沫稳定剂用量为预聚体质量的3.3%,发泡剂用量为预聚体质量的5%时,材料具有最佳膨胀性能。
Epoxy resin (EP) modified polyurethane (PU) prepolymer was prepared by synthesizing prepolymer method, and then EP/PU foam composites was produced with better adhesive properties and controlled expansion as the foam expanded further. The expansion volume was measured, and the factors of the expansion volume were discussed. The results indicated that by adjusting the amount of MDI, the expanded volume of foam can be controlled. And when the cata lyst and foam stabilizer for prepolymer of quality 3.3 %,the foaming agent for prepolymer of quality 5 %, the foam had the best expansion properties.
