摘要
首先用氨基硫脲对海藻酸钠进行功能化改性,然后与磁性纳米Fe3O4发生缩合反应,得到同时具有吸附性和磁性能的杂化海藻酸钠絮凝剂(ST-Fe),IR、XRD及TG的研究结果表明得到了目标产物。用该絮凝剂对重金属离子的絮凝研究结果表明,杂化海藻酸钠絮凝剂对于一些重金属离子吸附容量高,絮凝沉降速度快,分离效果好。其原因归于絮凝剂的纳米结构以及功能化基团。本研究的产物在快速去除污水中的重金属离子具有良好的应用前景。
Magnetic alginate flocculant was synthesized through coupling reaction of thiosemicarhazide-modified alginate and nanoparticles Fe3O4 using the catalyst of EDC and NHS. The structure of the flocculent was characterized by IR,XRD and TG. The flocculation performance of the flocculant on heavy metal ions was investigated. The results showed that the flocculent possessed high adsorption capacities and fast adsorbing and flocculation settlement rate. This was ascribed to the nano structure and functional groups in the flocculant. The product had good application prospects for rapid removing heavy metal ions from wastewater.
