摘要
为了拓宽废旧聚酯材料的功能化应用领域,采用醇解原理,研究了1,4-丁二醇与材料的解聚反应,使用醋酸锌作为催化剂。并运用重结晶法提纯解聚产物,其中,水为重结晶溶剂。采用红外光谱、液质联用(LC-MS)和核磁共振(1 HNMR和13 CNMR)研究解聚产物的具体结构;差示扫描量热仪(DSC)分析解聚产物的热性能。结果表明:解聚产物是一种单体,分子结构为对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯,纯度高,分子量为310g/mol,熔点约为75.5℃。
To broaden the functional applications of waste polyester,depolymerization reaction of the materials with 1,4 butanediol was studied,and zinc acetate as the catalyst. Then the depolymerization product were purified by recrystallization, which water was the solvent. In experiments, structure of the product was investigated by using infrared speetrosco py,liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry (LC-MS) and nuclear magnetic resonance (^1 HNMR and ^13CNMR). The thermal performance of the product was analysied by differential scanning calorimetry (DSC). The results showed that the product was a pure monomer, molecular structure was polybutylene terephthalate, themolecular weight and melting point were 310g/mol,75.5℃,respectively.
