摘要
采用2-甲基-2,5-二氧-1,2-氧磷杂环戊烷(OP)、乙二醇、双酚A(BPA)和碳酸二苯酯(DPC),通过熔融酯交换法合成含磷聚碳酸酯(PC)。分别通过傅里叶变换红外光谱仪(FT-IR)、凝胶渗透色谱仪(GPC)、示差扫描量热仪(DSC)和热重分析仪(TG)对合成得到的含磷PC进行了结构表征、分子量测定及热稳定性测试。结果表明:所得含磷PC的玻璃化转变温度比不含磷PC稍高,且磷含量在0.72%时出现最大值(117.8℃);对于含磷PC(磷含量0.72%),其初始分解温度和700℃残炭率(分别为366.1℃和19.28%)均高于不含磷PC(分别为286.6℃和17.54%),具有更好热稳定性。
Phosphorus containing polycarbonate (PC) was synthesized by 2-methy 2,5 dioxo-1,2-oxaphospholane (OP), ethylene glycol, bisphenol A(BPA) and diphenyl carbonate(DPC) through melt transesterification. Structural charac terization,molecular weight determination and thermal stability test of PC were carried out by FTIR,GPC, DSC and TGA, respectively. The glass transition temperature(Tg)of PC was slightly higher than that without phosphorus and the maxi mum Tg was obtained with the phosphorus content of 0.72 %. The PC also showed better thermal stability with higher ini tial decomposition temperature(366. 1℃)and 700℃ carbon residue(19.28% ).
