摘要
硒化镉量子点在生物医学等领域有广阔的应用前景,但因其荧光强度低、生物不相容、荧光量子产率低等缺陷而在实际应用上受限。对硒化镉量子点进行有机改性能够达到改善上述缺陷,从而可以拓展其应用范围,例如太阳能电池和活体成像等。基于对硒化镉量子点进行有机改性的优势,综述了近几年来在硒化镉量子点改性的研究进展,包括有机分子改性、核-壳结构改性和低聚物改性。同时,还综述了硒化镉量子点在生物荧光探针领域的最新研究进展,并对未来的发展方向及应用前景作出了展望。
CdSe quantum dots (CdSe QDs) have extensive application future in biomedical field,but it is restricted in practical application owning to itself defect of the low fluorescence intensity,inbilcompatibility and the low fluorescent quantum yields. Using organic compounds as the modifier of CdSe QDs, surface modifications can improve the above de fects,and it also can expand CdSe QDs application, such as solar cell, living imaging. Modification of the CdSe QDs, inclu ding modified by organic molecules,core/shell and oligomer and the application of CdSe QDs in biological fluorescent probe were also reviewed according to recently paper and earlier reviews. In addition,the development and application trend of the CdSe QDs were also prospected.
