浅谈基层食品药品检验队伍现状及应对措施

Introduction to Basic Food and Drug Inspection Team Present Situation and the Countermeasures

目的分析新时期基层食品药品检验队伍现状,针对性地提出应对措施。方法对我中心食品药品检验人员情况进行回顾性研究分析。结果一线检验人员占44.2%;各类管理人员占55.8%。在检验人员中,食品检验人员占26.3%,药品检验人员占73.7%。结论因地制宜,强化措施,适应新形势,履好新职能,发挥好食品药品技术监督支撑作用。

Objective To analyze current situations of food and drug inspection team in the new period,and propose corresponding countermeasures.Methods Retrospective study and analysis of the situation of the food and drug inspection personnel in our center.Results Front-line inspectors account for44.2%;various management personnel account for 55.8%.Among the inspectors,food inspectors account for 26.3% and drug inspectors account for 73.7%.Conclusion Adjust measures tospecific situations to enhance measures and make them applicable to new situations,perform new functions and give play to technical supervision and support functions of food and drug.
