摘要
目的建立高效液相色谱法测定氯霉素亚砜搽剂中氯霉素的含量。方法采用Hypersil ODS2C18色谱柱(大连依利特,4.6mm×150mm,5μm),以乙腈-0.1moL·L^-1磷酸二氢钾(用磷酸调节pH值至3.5)(30∶70)为流动相,流速:1.0mL·min^-1;检测波长278nm。结果氯霉素在28.18~338.10μg·mL^-1范围内线性良好,r=0.999990(n=6),平均回收率为99.4%,RSD=0.2%(n=9)。结论该方法分离效果好、灵敏度高、重复性好、结果准确可靠。
Objective To establish an HPLC method for the content determination of chloromycetin in chloromycetin DMSO liniment.Methods The separation was carried out on a Hypersil ODS2C18column(250mm×4.6mm,5μm)with a mobile phase of acetonitrile-0.1moL·L^-1 monopotassium phosphate solution(30∶70)(pH adjusted to 3.5with phosphoric acid)at a flow rate of 1.0mL·min^-1.The detection wavelength was 278 nm.Results The standard curve was linear over a range of 28.18-338.10μg·mL^-1 for chloromycetin,r=0.999990(n=6),and the average recovery of chloromycetin was 99.4%,RSD=0.2%(n=9).Conclusion The method is simple,sensitive and accurate.
