独立学院国际结算课程教学模式改革分析

商业银行国际结算中间业务发展的规模不断扩大,需要的国际结算人才越来越复杂化、综合化。因此作为能够提供国际结算人才的独立学院在教学过程中也应该与时俱进、不断优化。本文主要通过结合与本地商业银行工作人员的座谈以及现场实际业务的考察得出的国际结算人才需求特点,在分析独立学院国际结算课程存在问题的基础上提出了几方面切实可行的教学模式改革方法,期望理论教学与银行实践能有效结合。

Inthis paper, we conclude the demand characteristics of international settlement combining with the local commercial hank staff discussion and the actual business investigation.And we put forward several pro.posals about the practical teaching model reform methods on the basis of the independent college curriculum problems ： So that the theory teaching can effectively combine with the bank practice.
