海洋中蕴藏着极为丰富的固体、液体、气体资源,现代技术的发展促使人类勘察与开发海洋资源。进入21世纪,"谁拥有海洋,谁就拥有未来"已成为世界各国的共识。为此,海洋资源特别是海洋油气资源开发利用越来越受到世界各国的重视。本文针对海洋油气钻探的相关应用技术,参考国内外有关研究,做出综述性总结,并提出未来发展之展望。

There are abundant solid, liquid, gas resources in ocean. The development of modem technology is promoting human to exploit marine resources. In the 21st century, ＂Who owns the oceans, will have a bright future＂ has become the consensus of the world. To this end, marine resources, espeeially offshore oil and gas resources development and utilization are attracting more and more attention around the world. This article aimed at application technology of the offshore oil and gas exploration, referred to relevant research at home and abroad and made a review of summary with the future development.
