国内高校大型仪器设备专管共用机制研究

本研究根据目前高校实验室仪器设备特别是大型仪器设备的使用现状,提出大型仪器设备专管与开放共享制度。通过专业人员管理、有专项资金维护、有专门制度保障来实现大型仪器设备的"专管"。通过建立配备完善的共享设备信息化平台以实现大型仪器设备的"共享"。对促进国内高校大型科学仪器合理配置和专管共享使用提出了相应的政策建议。

In the present study, the current status and problems of large laboratory equipment usage was analyzed and a operation mechanism of personal responsibility and sharing usage was introduced. Personal responsibility could be achieved by allocating professional manager, setting down special management system and earmarking special fund. Sharing usage could be achieved by fitting down perfect information platform for sharing usage of large laboratory equipment. This paper put forward some reasonable measurements for operating personal responsibility and sharing usage for laboratory equipments in university of our country.
