摘要 This paper states the importance of provide quality service in hotel industry.The key lessons to be gleaned from the present review are:the advanced training design;the development of service culture&service value throughout the organization;and positive attitudes to complaints.It is also important to have a key person in the organization to stimulate and facilitate the whole process.
