普外科病人手术风险评分在术后分级护理中的应用分析

Analysis of Application of Surgical Risk Score in Postoperative Grading Nursing of Patients in General Surgery Department

目的探讨普外科病人手术风险评分在术后分级护理中的应用价值。方法选择我院78例住院手术患者,随机分成对照组和观察组各39例,对照组由医生确定患者该给予的护理级别,观察组根据手术的危险评分来确定患者的护理级别,护理级别确定之后由护理人员根据确定的护理级别完成护理。结果对照组的基础护理评价得分为(90.4±5.96),观察组为(94.6±5.67),观察组的评分显著性的高于对照组,两组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05);对照组患者的满意度评分为(91.3±6.56),观察组为(95.5±6.78),两组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论用手术风险评分来确定病人的护理级别,能较真实的反映病人的护理需求,具有重要的应用价值,值得对其进行进一步的研究。

Objective To investigate the applied value of surgical risk score in postoperative grading nursing of patients in general surgery department. MethodsRandomly divided 78 cases of hospitalized surgical patients into treatment group（39 cases） and control group（39 cases）. In control group, the level of care for patients was decided by doctor; in treatment group, the level of care for patients was decided by the surgical risk score. Results The score of basic nursing in treatment group was significant higher than in control group（94.6±5.67 vs. 90.4±5.96, P〈0.05） and the satisfaction score in treatment group was significant higher than in control group（95.5±6.78 vs. 91.3±6.56, P〈0.05）. Conclusion It can reflect the patient＇s care needs more truly when deciding the level of care for patients by the surgical risk score and has an important value in application.
